Any promotional credits, bonus amounts, or free bet allocations credited to a Member's account in connection with a promotion or incentive offer.
Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Member may make withdrawals or access full platform features.
Malaysian Ringgit — the sole transactional currency of the ibayar44 Platform unless otherwise specified.
To register and maintain an account on ibayar44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

We employ automated and manual age verification checks and will suspend any account suspected of being operated by or for a minor.
ibayar44 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
You may register only one account per person. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You must notify ibayar44 promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting our support team.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ibayar44 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified ibayar44 of unauthorised access in a timely manner.
Before any withdrawal request is processed, Members are required to complete ibayar44's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This involves submitting the following:
ibayar44 aims to process KYC submissions within one business day. Where additional documentation is required, our support team will contact you directly via the email address registered on your account.
ibayar44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and select cryptocurrency networks (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the transaction is conducted in cryptocurrency, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the time of processing shall apply.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow transactions. FPX bank transfer deposits may take 5 to 15 minutes. ibayar44 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently.
Withdrawals are available only to verified Members who have completed KYC. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless ibayar44 approves an alternative arrangement in writing. ibayar44 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request.
ibayar44 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. Funds deposited on the Platform must originate from legitimate personal sources. Any transaction suspected of being connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime will be reported to relevant authorities, and the associated account will be suspended immediately. Withdrawals that cannot be adequately supported with source-of-funds documentation may be withheld pending investigation.
All bets are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant game or market. A bet is only confirmed when accepted by ibayar44's system and a confirmation reference is issued to the Member. ibayar44 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where incorrect odds were displayed due to technical error.
Odds displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement are indicative and may be subject to change until the bet is confirmed. For pre-match sports markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, and UFC events, odds are locked at confirmation. For in-play betting, odds are live and may change between placement and acceptance.
ibayar44 may void a bet under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; odds were published in error due to a system or data feed fault; the Member placed the bet after the event commenced (where this was not an in-play market); or there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or manipulation of the event. Voided bets are returned to the Member's account at stake value.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. ibayar44 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits where a Member's betting pattern is identified as unusual or potentially abusive.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through ibayar44 are subject to specific terms including, but not limited to, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game types, expiry windows, and maximum cash-out limits. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the full terms of each promotion before claiming.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) is specified on each individual promotion page. Failure to satisfy the wagering requirement within the stated expiry window will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
While Bonus Funds remain active in your account, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is RM300 unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Bets in excess of this limit placed while Bonus Funds are active may result in the cancellation of the bonus balance.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10% to 20%; and certain excluded games contribute 0%. ibayar44 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus; systematic low-risk wagering designed to fulfil requirements without genuine gambling intent; and coordinated bonus exploitation across related accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, ibayar44 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the relevant accounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ibayar44 Platform. Any Member found to be engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held on account may be withheld pending investigation:
ibayar44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: the Member has breached these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe; or the integrity of the Platform or other users is at risk.
Members may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting ibayar44's support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment method within five business days.
Members who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gambling reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion.
